Sleepless nights

This whole week has been awful. I been awake since monday and i don't know what to do. My mom said to try knitting but I didn't work, I tried watching boring TV shows, reading, Herbal teas, etc,
I wish I knew what's wrong with me, because every month I have a couple of days in which I can't sleep but this month I had a whole week.
Here is my knitting, it's not perfect but it is what it is, I'll show you the end result later!
